Working with Jody has been a great learning experience. He has a meticulous eye for the hidden issues. It is easy to get blindsided in a small business operation (FTE 27) when you are wearing several hats as a director. Jody helped not just getting insights into the inefficiencies of several departments but was also hands on providing the needed action plan, tools and single steps to implement to get rid of these. His communication was precise and his presentation style reduced complexity where it was needed with actionables that can be immediately implemented.
